1. Cooperate with the design department to conduct product testing and verification to ensure the smooth introduction of mass production.
2. Perform CP/FT test on the chip and complete the test report.
3. Proficient in C or C++ language, develop IC product mass production tests, continuously optimize and improve test plans, improve test quality, improve test efficiency, and reduce test costs.
